Ann Deiterich has been with Westlawn Graphic since 1984, and has managed the copy division since its inception in 1985. In that time, she has overseen the division's growth from an annual average of two million impressions to the current average of twenty million annually. In addition to customer service and workflow efficiency, she has developed procedures and customized software for automated order entry, job tracking and invoicing for POD/fulfillment work for Penske Truck Leasing and others.

Ann is responsible for the maintenance of electronic libraries of forms and manuals for both Penske and Sovereign Bank as well as a number of smaller clients. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Albright College with a BA in English/Communication Arts.
