Brian is a graduate of Penn State School of Technology, receiving an Associate degree in Graphic Arts, and has been in the printing industry since 1987. As an Account Coordinator, he is responsible for all aspects of customer service, including assisting walk-in clients, contacting customers for proof review, and managing jobs in production. He is also responsible for quoting, file preparation, monitoring job progression and maintaining superior customer relations.
