As an entrepreneurial innovator for over 25 years, Debbie Kintzer, Sr.
VP, of Westlawn brings an interesting suite of skills and
experiences to the company. Foremost is her ability to motivate our
internal teams and help to streamline our processes by providing
customers with our One Call, One Answer Marketing Solutions approach.
After succeeding in the beauty industry for nearly 15 years, Debbie
decided to apply her talent of "making people look good" to the goal of
"making businesses look great" by becoming a visionary, owner, and
hands-on leader of LithoTech, Inc. (Reading, PA). Lithotech commercial
offset printing company was incorporated in September 1993. LithoTech,
Inc. started with four employees and 7,500 square feet of leased
commercial space. By 2005, the business had grown to over 40 employees
and nearly $4 million in sales.
Serving small-to-medium sized businesses in the area, Lithotech grew to
handle such high profile accounts as: Vanguard, Sweet Streets, Baldwin
Hardware, Elite Sportswear, Atas International, Redner's Warehouse,
Godiva, Penske, C.H. Briggs, and Singer Equipment. Debbie keenly recognized
that forming strategic alliances with key marketing service providers
her customers could use would enhance her relationships with the
customers by becoming their strategic partner. She looked for partners
that shared her vision of providing customers with one-stop-shop,
Mind-to-Market solutions.
In November 2005, thanks to that very shared vision for success between
Deb Kintzer and Jim Adams, the merger between LithoTech and Westlawn
came about. In her present role as Sr. VP, Deb will work to
continue growing and streamlining Westlawn as a marketing
solutions provider. Deb will maintain direct involvement with clients
whom she's served for many years at LithoTech, and through her numerous
community activities, will strive to forge new business relationships
for Westlawn Graphic.
